We understand that customers do not get the chance to see products up close before buying. Should you receive your order and after inspection, decide that the product is not what you wanted, we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund.
Please use the Returns Form and provide as much detail as possible including full name, address, email, contact number, order number, and reason for refund or return. Once we have received your communication, we will notify you via email with an update.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method.
Please note that card payments can take up to 10 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days.
The fastest way to get an exchange or refund for Unwanted Goods is to contact us after inspection within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Please note that unwanted items can’t be returned after 14 days of receipt of goods.

Faulty & Damaged Goods
The fastest way to get an exchange or refund for Faulty or Damaged goods is to contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods. You may be required to supply photographs of any faulty or damaged goods as part of the returns process.
In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified within 30 days of it being delivered to you.
Faulty Kitchen Products
Kitchen appliance, sink and tap manufacturers will insist on repairing faulty products on-site and must be given this opportunity to do so. Contact details should be provided with your appliance(s), if you don’t have these, please contact sales on 01524 967257 or view our manufactures page.
