Deliveries will be made between 7 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Drivers will call upon arrival and await further instruction regarding the safe unloading of their vehicle. We will no longer enter your home to deliver items, but instead, place products at a safe distance. Drivers have been briefed in relation to PPE strict adherence during their visit.
Drivers are given full discretion to refuse to complete any delivery if the customer appears unwell or they do not feel it is safe to continue.
Delivery documentation will be left with the delivered goods and the driver will sign on your behalf with ‘Covid-19’.
